Yes, Pete and I are still planning to be in Michigan to visit family and friends over Labor Day weekend----even if that means I have to move to Pittsburgh the week before.
It all hinges on the job interview I've got tomorrow, (if they ask me to start ASAP and they pay well, then I'll say yes), and it also hinges on whether or not the two potential replacement roommates who looked at my current place this week have decided to take it and be moved in by then. Those two things have to happen before I can move.
If need be, and if some snafu happens, I may have to postpone the trip to Michigan. But I will update everyone here and via email, and if that happens, I will plan on coming home during the October 11/12 weekend, as I will be playing my flute in David's wedding on the 12th in Detroit.
So right now, the plan is for Pete and I to still be there for Labor Day weekend. If that plan changes, I will let you all know.
