Welcome to our world...

Stay tuned for updates of the new life together that Pete and Rebecca have begun sharing in Pittsburgh!

Here's me, a fan in the audience of one of Pete's plays. He is trying to talk me into performing with him in the next play, a Christmas Carol, that he's starting rehearsals for soon. I'm not so sure I'm cut out to do that sort of thing, I've never been in a play before in my whole life.  But I do like the idea of creating costumes, and set production, stuff like that.  So we'll see how it goes.  I figure I'd probably crap my pants or trip and fall or something, and be mortified forever if I go up on a stage like that...so maybe sticking behind the scenes would be better!

The good news is, I just got a call today from a local staffing agency and they want me to start Monday on a job that is "indefinite," as a temp, and may possibly turn into a permanent position. Let's hope so.  I'm just glad to be rid of the retail job, my feet have been KILLING me.

Anyway, that's the news from our neck of the woods. Pete's mom will be staying with us for the week of Thanksgiving, and my friend Barbara and my other friend Nikki might be coming to visit that week also. Should be a nice time.

Bye for now. Love, Becky
